THE BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE PART2

It’s still a bit too early to go to bed in Paris time, but I close the door of my suite and say good night to the winged seahorse.

Breakfast is being served before we fly over Seoul. Today’s dish: Flan aux champignons et épinards, which means mushroom and spinach flan.
