TAM VI

Recently, Michelin stars have landed in Vietnam, and this evening I had dinner at a place that earned one of them. Tam Vi, a traditional Northern Vietnamese restaurant on a backstreet that serves home-style cuisine in a charming setting, had everything I wanted to have in this country.

最近、ミシュランの星がベトナムにも上陸した。今夜はその一つを獲得したタムヴィーでディナー。店は裏路地にあり、チャーミングなインテリアに囲まれながら、ベトナム北部の伝統的なホームクッキングをベースにした料理を楽しめる。この国に来たら食べたかったものを存分に味わうことができた。
