However, this is terrible. The Narita Premier Lounge, formerly the NWA World Club and Delta Sky Club, in the satellite opens only at 7:30 AM despite having to accommodate passengers on three Vietnam Airlines flights departing between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM for Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi, and I will be flying to Hanoi this morning. Eventually, the early-rising VN passengers like me had to wait in front of the lounge entrance until they let us in. This is not acceptable at a major international airport like NRT. Simply too lazy. VN needs to take action to address the issue.
とはいえこちらは酷い。サテライトにある元ノースウエスト・ワールドクラブ＆デルタ スカイクラブの成田プレミアラウンジのオープンは午前7時半。9時から9時半の間に、このラウンジがアサインされたベトナム航空のフライトがダナン、ホーチミンシティ、ハノイに向かって3本も出発するというのに。僕は今朝、その中のハノイ行きに乗るためにここにいる。結果的にVNの乗客のうち僕を含む早起き組は、ラウンジのエントランスの前でオープン時間まで待たされるはめになった。成田のような主要国際空港でこれはあり得ない。まさに怠慢。ベトナム航空はこの問題に取り組むべき。
