A WELSH ROAD TRIP: RAMBLE ON TO BRON-YR-AUR

I kept rambling across the lush green Welsh land and arrived at a gate on a narrow country lane. Beyond this gate is privately managed property, and I cannot enter. On the property, there is an 18th-century cottage, Bron-Yr-Aur, known as a place where Robert Plant and Jimmy Page spent some time together in 1970 and wrote songs for Led Zeppelin III and later albums. They actually recorded songs titled “Bron-Yr-Aur” and “Bron-Y-Aur Stomp.” Today, as a Zep fan, I just looked at the gate, felt completely satisfied, and headed back in reverse.

Hear the wind whisper in the trees

Tellin' Mother Nature ′bout you and me

The road we choose is always right, so fine
