TWA HOTEL: PARIS CAFÉ BY JEAN-GEORGES

Every day I enjoy my breakfast, or brunch, at the Paris Café—the hotel restaurant that succeeded the original Paris Café of T5 at the same location. The kitchen is overseen by Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, so you can trust the quality of the food served there. I’m not a fan of airport food in general, but this place is totally different.

朝食もしくはブランチは毎日、ホテルの中のパリスカフェでとる。T5時代、この場所には、オリジナルのパリスカフェがあった。ミシュランの星を得たジャン＝ジョルジュ・ヴォンゲリヒテンの名を冠しているので、キッチンから出てくる料理はちゃんと美味しい。いわゆるエアポートフードというものは決して好みではないが、この店は例外。
