When you want to dine properly at a less streety place in a Southeast Asian city, a restaurant housed in a colonial mansion usually won’t disappoint. This evening in Saigon, I chose one of them. They say they serve Northern-style cuisine and I had just come from the north. But it was still good.

東南アジアの都市でストリートっぽさから離れてちゃんとした食事をしたい場合、コロニアルスタイルの邸宅に入っているレストランはまず期待を裏切らない。今夜サイゴンで選んだのもそんな店。ここで出されるのは北部風の料理で、僕は北部からやってきたばかりだが、美味いのでまったく問題なし。
