PALÉ HALL HOTEL: ON THE TABLES

The nearest dining options outside Palé Hall are available in the town of Bala, a 10-minute drive from here. But as I expected, there are not so many to choose from in the small town, so naturally I tend to eat more often at the hotel. When I eat in Bala, I simply tell one of the hotel team members, “I will eat outside this evening,” just as I would say to my family. And if I say, “I will eat here,” five-star, Relais & Châteaux-quality dishes await in the main dining room or the bar.

パレホールの外で食事をしたいなら10分ほど運転してバラの街へ行けばいい。とはいえ想像していた通りに小さな街では選択肢が限られるので、やはりホテルで食べることが多くなる。夕食をバラでとる日は、家族に向かって言うように、ホテルスタッフの誰かに「今夜は外でたべるよ」と伝えておく。「今夜はここで食べるよ」と言うと、メインダイニングルームもしくはバーのテーブルで、5つ星のルレ・エ・シャトー・クオリティを持った料理を出してくれる。

The breakfast cannot get any more authentic.
