THAI'S BRAND-NEW 777-300ER PART3

The pre-arrival drink was a Thai iced coffee served with my favorite black grass jelly.

プリアライバルドリンクは、大好きな仙草ゼリーが添えられたタイ式アイスコーヒー。

My plane HS-TTA arrived at Suvarnabhumi's Concourse D, which is the closest to immigration and ideal for a late night arrival. I found a sister plane HS-TTB, delivered at the same period, sitting next to us.

搭乗したHS-TTAは、スワンナプームでイミグレに一番近いDコンコースに到着。夜遅くに着いたのでありがたい。隣には同じ時期にデリバーされた兄弟機、HS-TTBがいた。

As soon as I disembarked, two Thai staff members greeted me on the jetway, helped me with my cabin bag, and escorted me through fast-track immigration to baggage claim then to the arrival hall. At the baggage claim, they claimed my bag for me and took care of it, so I didn't have to carry anything but my passport. Everything was "smooth as silk" indeed. 

降機すると、タイ国際航空のスタッフ2人がボーディングブリッジで出迎えてくれた。僕のキャビンバッグを持ち、イミグレのファストトラックからラゲッジクレイムエリア、そしてアライバルホールまでエスコートするのが彼らの役割。ラゲージクレイムでは代わりに荷物を受け取って運んでくれるので、こちらはパスポート以外何も手にする必要がない。まさに「スムース・アズ・シルク」。
