HANEDA MORNING WITH THE JASDF 747-400

As usual, I enjoyed a peaceful Haneda morning in the vacant JAL Sakura Lounge Skyview. However, I found an unusual bird outside the window today.

いつものように、人がほとんどいないJALのサクララウンジスカイビューでピースフルな羽田の朝を楽しむ。しかし、今日は窓の外にいつもとは違う鳥がいた。

That is a JASDF 747-400 a.k.a. the Japanese Air Force One sitting in front of a JAL hangar. Unfortunately two government jumbos, including this bird, will soon be replaced by 777-300ERs.

それは、航空自衛隊の747-400 a.k.a.ジャパニーズ・エアフォースワン。JALのハンガーの前に駐機している。残念ながらこの機を含む2機の政府専用機は、まもなく777-300ERに置き換えられる予定。
