THE KAYOTEI: THE ROOM

Staying at The Kayotei, a Japanese hot spring inn in Yamanaka Onsen known for “the best breakfast in Japan.” The property has only ten rooms spread across about eight acres, and just one of them comes with a private outdoor bathtub—which I was lucky enough to get.
