THE ROYAL CRESCENT HOTEL PART1

I’ve always wanted to stay here, and luckily the chance came on this trip. This hotel is located within the Royal Crescent—one of the most remarkable buildings in the world, built between 1767 and 1774 by the Georgian architect John Wood the Younger. On top of that, as the iconic hotel in Bath—a city literally named after its Roman Baths—it features a magnificent bath house spa.

ずっとここに泊まってみたかったのだが、幸運にも今回の旅でそのチャンスが訪れた。1767年から1774年にかけてジョージアン様式の建築家であるジョン・ウッド（息子のほう）によって建てられた、世界で最も素晴らしい建築の一つ「ロイヤルクレセント」の中にあるホテル。さらに素晴らしいことに、文字通りローマ式バスで有名なバースの街のランドマークであるこのホテルには、立派なバスハウススパもついている。
