AN A380 SIGHTING

Suddenly, the captain made a cabin announcement: “To your right, an A380 has just landed…”

I don’t think it’s a beautiful airplane. It looks like a big, awkward whale designed by CAD. Among wide-bodies, I still love, and miss, the classic 747 and the DC-10.

美しい航空機だとは思わない。CADでデザインされた巨大な醜いクジラのようだ。ワイドボディ機といえば、いまだに頭のクラシック747やDC10ほど美しいものはないと思う。
