Honestly, I never expected to find such sophisticated Indian cuisine in Cheltenham—a slightly sleepy town near the western edge of the Cotswolds. The restaurant is housed in a mansion that reminds me of the Blue Elephant in Bangkok. The food is A+ and the service is A+ too. What a delightful surprise.

正直、コッツウォルズの西端に近いちょっと眠ったような街、チェルトナムでここまで洗練されたインド料理を味わえるなんて想像もしていなかった。このレストランは、なんとなくバンコクのブルーエレファントを思い出させる邸宅に入っている。フードはA+。サービスもA+。実にうれしい発見。
