THE CONCRETE OCTOPUS

If I have a chance to take the CDGVAL getting out from CDG2, I don’t want to miss revisiting one of the most iconic airport architectures of the 20th century—along with JFK T5, Dulles, and Minsk National—CDG1. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time to enjoy the moving walk rides in the tubes, but just viewing them gives me an ecstatic feeling.

CDGVALでCDG2を抜け出せるのなら、JFK T5、ダレス、ミンスクナショナルと並んで最もアイコニックな20世紀の空港建築であるCDG1を再訪せずにはいられない。残念ながら今日は乗る時間がないが、チューブ状の動く歩道は見ているだけでも気分が上がる。
