THE ABBEY

One night at a hotel called The Abby located in the heart of the town of Great Malvern. The hotel itself has a modest charm, but unfortunately on the day I checked in it was full of rowdy party guests who were making loud noises until well after midnight. That was kinda traumatic experience for a tranquility seeker like me. If I had known that, I would have chosen a different place to stay.

グレートマルバーンの街の真ん中にあるアビーという名前のホテルに一泊。ホテル自体はそこそこラブリーなのだが、不幸なことに滞在したその日は粗雑な感じのパーティ客が山ほど泊まっていて、真夜中過ぎまでとんでもない大騒ぎを聞かされるはめになった。静けさを好む者としては、その夜の体験がトラウマになってしまったほど。こんな目にあうと知っていたら、決してここを選ばなかったのだが。
