For the main, I ordered chicken machboos a.k.a. kabsa with daqoos sauce. I can say that it is the Arabic version of biryani and very, very good.

メインはチキンマチュブースのダクースソース。カブサとも呼ばれるこの料理はアラブ版ビリヤニといった感じで、とてもとても美味い。
