TENKU NO MORI: ON THE TABLE

They produce chickens, eggs, and organic vegetables all in-house — even the poultry feed is made on-site. They also have to find ways to keep wild animals away from their farm. All of this effort is for the guests staying in just three villas, plus a few day visitors. It’s a lot of work, but that’s simply the way things are done here.

ここでは鶏肉も卵も有機野菜も全部自分たちで作っている。鶏の飼料も作っている。畑の害獣対策もしなくてはならない。そのすべてをたった3棟のヴィラの客と、デイユースで来る客のためだけにやっている。実に手間がかかるが、それがここのやり方。
