HANEDA'S GOT A NEW LOOK

It's midnight. And I'm leaving the ground again. Tonight I'm at the newly expanded wing of Haneda's international terminal for the first time. Delta has got a new spacious shared lounge. So I no longer need to go to the crowded, clumsy lounge—the one that looks like a fast-food restaurant. The best part is, they’ve eliminated the bus gates. The airport has also installed fast-track security. Now it finally feels like a proper international airport.

真夜中。再び空へ上がる。今夜は羽田国際線ターミナルの拡張されたウイングを初体験。デルタは広々とした新しい共用ラウンジを獲得した。もう、あのファーストフード店のような居心地の悪い混み合ったラウンジへ行く必要はない。そして何よりバスゲートを使わずにすむのが最高。セキュリティのファストトラックも設けられ、これでようやく国際空港らしくなった。
