Enjoyed Kansai-style kappo cuisine in the heart of Ginza. Kappo Nakajima was founded in 1931 by a chef who once served as the first head chef of Hoshigaoka Saryo, the exclusive members-only restaurant run by the legendary gourmet Rosanjin Kitaouji.
銀座の真ん中で関西割烹を楽しむ。割烹中嶋は昭和6年創業。創業者は、伝説的な美食家である北大路魯山人が主宰した会員制料亭「星ヶ丘茶寮」の初代料理長だった。
