LUNCH AT SURFRIDER

Lunch at one of my favorite places in Honolulu—the Veranda at the Beachhouse of the Moana Surfrider. This hotel, a.k.a. “The First Lady of Waikiki,” was once a Sheraton and is now a Westin. Inside, it’s calm and relaxing, in contrast to the lobby area that’s always as busy as the streets of Ginza on a Sunday.

ホノルルで最も好きな場所の一つ、モアナ サーフライダーのベランダ・アット・ザ・ビーチハウスでランチ。かつてシェラトンだった「ワイキキのファーストレディ」は、今はウェスティンになっている。いつも日曜の銀座のように人があふれているロビーエリアとは対照的に、ホテルの中はいたってピースフル。
