Virgin Atlantic picked me up at my hotel in a chauffeur-driven car.

ヴァージンアトランティックは運転手付きのクルマでホテルまで迎えに来てくれる。

The car arrived at Virgin’s Upper Class Wing in Heathrow T3, where I could enjoy drive-thru check-in alongside Virgin Atlantic’s 787 and the iconic Swan chairs within the Foster + Partners–designed architecture. My boarding pass and luggage tag were already prepared and handed to me by a ground staff member—I didn’t even have to touch my bags when I got out of the car. At this wing, there’s a dedicated security line, and it’s less than a ten-minute walk to the Clubhouse lounge. Exceptionally smooth.

ヒースロー・ターミナル3にあるヴァージンのアッパークラスウイングに到着。こではクルマに乗ったままチェックインができる。ヴァージンの787とスワンチェアが置いてあるこのウイングのデザインは、フォスター+パートナーズによるもの。ボーディングパスとラゲージタグはグランドスタッフの手にすでに用意され、クルマを降りる時に自分の荷物に触れる必要さえない。ここから専用のセキュリティレーンを通り、クラブハウスラウンジまでは徒歩10分以下。とてもスムース。
