I’m staying in Modernisme itself—a hotel housed within a building designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, the architect who was both a teacher and a rival of Antoni Gaudí. Domènech also designed the Palau de la Música Catalana and Hospital de Sant Pau.

モデルニスモの中に泊まる。ここは、アントニ・ガウディの教師でありライバルであった建築家、リュイス・ドメネク・イ・ムンタネーによる建築を使ったホテル。カタルーニャ音楽堂も、サンパウ病院も、ドメネクの作品。
