TO CAMBODIA VIA HANOI

Today I’m heading for Siem Reap via Hanoi. This marks my 100th trip abroad, and a wide-body “Flying Lotus” plays the role of the opener. When I first visited Vietnam in 1995, they were still flying the Tupolev. Now they’ve become a hard-to-believe-they’re-a-communist airline. Vietnam A330-200 NRT-HAN. The 525th flight in my lifetime.
