The staff here are exceptionally hospitable. Dinner is a wonderful multi-course meal prepared by a chef who once worked at Nadaman in the Hotel New Otani Tokyo. The private open-air bath draws its water directly from the source, offering a truly relaxing experience. The hotel’s pick-up service from the station delivers a level of care that recalls The Oriental, Bangkok (now the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok). And as a pleasant surprise, you’ll sleep on a Sealy bed—a touch of luxury in an otherwise slightly worn-out hot spring town.

ホスピタリティにあふれたスタッフ。ホテルニューオータニのなだ万にいた料理長による素晴らしい料理。プライベート露天風呂は源泉かけ流しでなかなか。駅でのピックアップサービスは、まるでオリエンタル・バンコク（現 マンダリン・オリエンタル・バンコク）のよう。しかも、ベッドはシーリー。ちょっと寂れた感じが漂う温泉地で、嬉しい驚き。
