JAL'S 737

This is my first time flying on JAL’s 737-800. I hold American Airlines AAdvantage Platinum status, which corresponds to Oneworld Sapphire (or Gold), but JAL doesn’t offer priority boarding for Sapphire members on domestic flights. It’s a bit odd, considering that the Oneworld website clearly lists priority boarding as one of the Sapphire benefits. JAL’s domestic service also doesn’t provide priority baggage handling for Sapphire members. I hope this kind of inconsistency will be addressed under JAL’s new post-bankruptcy corporate structure. JALの737-800に初搭乗。僕はワンワールドのサファイヤや他社のゴールドに相当するアメリカン航空AAdvantageのプラチナステータスを持っているが、JALの国内線では優先搭乗できない。ワンワールドのウェブサイトがサファイヤに優先搭乗があることを明示しているのを見ると、これはちょっとおかしな話。JAL国内線では、サファイア会員は荷物の優先ハンドリングもない。破綻後の新体制でこのようなおかしなことが修正されることを望む。JAL B737-800 KIX-HND。生涯490フライト目。
