KAMIKOCHI IMPERIAL HOTEL

The last time I stayed at this hotel—one of the hardest to book—was when I was a little kid. That means it was almost 30 years ago. It looks like the Japanese version of the Overlook Hotel, but this place feels far more peaceful.

およそ30年ぶりというところか。日本で最も予約が取りにくいホテルのひとつであるここに前回泊ったのは幼少のころ。日本版オーバールックホテルといた風情だが、こちらは実に穏やか。
